Xcode 5.0.1+, Neon, iOS and 32 and 64 bit iOS devices

Wasn't sure if I should post here, or on an Obj-C list, but according to…

https://developer.apple.com/library/ios/documentation/General/Conceptual/CocoaTouch64BitGuide/Introduction/Introduction.html

we now can happily build executables with the 64 bit and 32 bit executables embedded.

Looking at the performance benefits of Neon, and the incompatibility of 32 bit Neon code and 64 bit Neon code (according to my Director), do any of you have recommended strategies for implementing Neon instructions that will work on iOS 7.x apps?

Thanks in advance.
- Alex
