We've also had troubles with the Xcode 6 beta crashing on older interface files. We reported the problems to Apple via their bug reporter. Hopefully the bugs are fixed before Xcode 6 is released. In the meantime, we did get a tip or two back from our filed bug reports– you may also get lucky that way.
