The more important / surprising ones are discussed in my book (and no doubt Fritz's book), but in general, the menu *is* the listing - which category could someone possibly not understand?
Note that (as Fritz already implied) the Related Items menu and the Tracking menu, though their contents may appear similar, do two different things. The Related Items menu simply switches to something. The Tracking menu dictates what category of thing to switch to _automatically_.
