Regarding the question that no one knew the answer to, whether or not to leave the left/right shifty eyes mixed as Xcode had put them, or switch them all to the Feature branch, I decided to do what made sense and switch them all to the Feature branch. The project still opens and builds, so I think that part worked out OK.
