How to select libraries in Xcode 6

Using Xcode 6 beta 4.
Help → Documentation and API Reference shows a window, which has on the left side (navigator) a list of libraries:

OS X 10.10
iOS 8
which is strange, because Preferences → Downloads also has 10.9 and 7.1 libraries.
But the question is: how can I select the libraries?
E.g. working on iOS I only want search results from some iOS library.
I seem to remember that some previous version could select these.
