Yes odd this was pointed out on one of the tech blogs the other day. There's an exception in the latest agreement for things discussed at WWDC. as long as you don't post screenshots or reviews. 

Obviously use common sense but it seems open developer discussion is allowed, another good move.

Looking into it now… it seems like anyone can get to the WWDC videos without logging into the developer portal. Just googling "WWDC 2014 session videos" takes me directly to the page where I can stream the videos from the web. Neat!

Just remember that everything in those videos/sessions is under NDA and can’t be discussed here. :(

We’re in a bit of a weird space talking about Swift, because the language manual is public, but the implementation and everything else Apple is telling us about it isn’t. (Wouldn’t it be nice if Apple just open-sourced Swift…)
