Why doesn't matter, but in case you want to know, sometimes I don't have 5 minutes to wait for a new copy of Xcode to start up after I have spent 15 minutes downloading and installing it.

The error message that Server is giving is completely misleading since it directs the user to OK the Xcode license, which is already agreed to.
Are all apps auto automatically quarantined just by magic? What makes an app instantly go in to quarantine even if you can launch it?
