Another inaccessible window in Xcode

Hi list,
I'd like to ask a quick favor. When I make a segue, there's a window that appears, but all VoiceOver reads in it is "action, unknown". If I vo-space (equivalent, in general, to clicking) on this unknown item, the segue is created. What is this window for, what is the "action" item, and is there anything else in the window VO users should know about?

I'm making the segue by selecting my target view, going to the Connections Inspector, and dragging a "show" segue to the button I want to use to initiate the segue. I gather the usual method is to control-drag in the storyboard, but that method won't work with VoiceOver. Thanks in advance for any information.
