For example, “Xcode’s ___ does not obey the system accessibility setting for ___” is an excellent way to phrase it. Don’t hesitate at all to file duplicates of issues that affect you, especially against a new version, and especially during a beta period.

For example, if it went to me, a bug with a title like “Xcode 5 user interface problems” might be sent back as “please file a bug per issue, we’ll re-title this one and use it for the first issue it contains.” The person receiving the bug could create copies for each issue, but then the originator doesn’t have the same level of visibility into what happens to them.

(Of course, an app not paying attention to those settings is a bug in the app, whether it’s Finder or Xcode or a third party app.)

Based on the fact that I did it once, I have no confirmation that anything's been done with it, I clearly got the message that my time was wasted. Considering that I often work 36 hour stretches straight, and that I had reported the bugs (sometimes more than once), then how many times do I have to report an issue to make sure it gets addressed and my time is not wasted?
While there is visibility here to the Xcode team, I've already gone to great lengths to get these issues addressed by Apple for Mac OS. When all attempts were ignored, what are my other options? There is no channel
In 5 years of reporting bugs, 1 was addressed.
1.
What message does that give the professional developer who does not want to waste his time?
It gives the message that unless you have a direct contact that you know will get you results, all your time will be wasted 14 times out of 15.
Only after multiple messages from the Xcode team that tole me, "yeah, we really really want you to report the bugs", was I convinced to spend my time again trying to get unpleasant issues changed.
And pleasantly, it was.
Now, what do I have to do and who do I have to talk to to get these issues addressed in the Mac OS?
I don't want to waste my time. I don't want to waste yours. I don't want to read your reply to another gripe session by me about crappy UI in the Mac OS next year. Who do I need to talk to?
After 5 years, I still use Snow Leopard as my main Mac OS when not working, because the UI in the Mac OS has degraded that badly and is that unpleasant to use.
Spare time to report the same items over and over doesn't exist. Who do I need to talk to?
Thank you.
