Guides and Sample Code

Got a new Xcode 8.0.
Tried several times to download Preferences → Components → Documentation → Guides and Sample Code .

It downloads at the normal pace of 1.5 MB per second for a few minutes (as seen in Activity Monitor), then drops to 0 MB per second. About a minute later Xcode tells me about a timeout.

Does anybody have similar problems?
Any workaround?
