Where is SF Mono?

When I look in Xcode 8 Preferences, Fonts & Colors I see that Plain Text uses SF Mono Regular 11 pt.

So I decided to use this font myself, but can’t find it in the Font Panel, nor in Font Book.app.

Where is this mysterious font hidden? Or is “SF Mono” just a nickname (used only by Xcode) for some other font?
