Yup, I figured that out myself just a little while ago. Thanks for the confirmation!

> in the Xcode 8.3 beta that was released yesterday, the Touch Bar window is no longer shown automatically when you invoke the Test action. you can still run UI tests that test Touch Bar functionality even without the window visible. if you want to see the Touch Bar window during UI tests, you can show it with Window > Show Touch Bar as you would normally.
