Good old Cmd-Shift-Opt-K. I have some projects that need this whack-on-the-head
on a daily basis to clear out bogus build errors.
However, in my experience this does _not_ fix busted indexes. It doesn’t delete
the entire build folder, and it seems to leave the old index.
