I've seen something that looks like it too. Xcode's caret sometimes appears on the line above where it was "before", which means I have to fight reflexively down-arrowing (because AFAICS it's just a visual glitch and The carte is on the correct line). I think the "before" part is caused by building, maybe ?

No other victim reported (I use TextMate).

Brand new Touch Bar MBP, Xcode 8.2.1
