I believe this easy things hard issue is most apparent in the bindings inspector. The inspector is very advanced, and very unfriendly to the uninitiated. My simply suggestion would be to create basic and advanced modes for the inspector. For the basic take a look at EOF's 4.5's implementation (if you can get access to it), it was never this hard.

That's interesting -- I actually think bindings is easier than the EOInterface stuff! :-)
