You could try to get some info from the ICC meetings , especially the one
Vancouver as that's when this was proposed.
It's not just John Meyer btw.
Important is relative to the other advancements that will support this and
other power in the slow in coming application of Spec v4.1.
The results speak for themselves, and I assure you that is it a worthwhile
technology able to make offset separations from even mediocre source
material.
