Good luck! That's not going to be an easy task. Indeed, what makes an LCD
"certified" for color management? Perhaps you could talk to ICS about
licensing Remote Director for the whole country of Norway. As an
alternative, you could make a list of some of the top LCD displays out
there, like the Eizos, the Quatos, the Apples and the Mitsubishis and
indicate that these will yield adequate results when used in conjunction
with such and such software / colorimeters. But I am not aware of any
independent body who could "sanctify" various LCD displays for the purpose
of color management. You should go as far as also standarding some mode of
operations like color temperature and gamma.
