OK on my CS3 under Output the pulldown next to "Color" says "composite RGB"
but close enough (I hope)

I know what you mean by Color Management tab and where Color Handling is in
the Options section is but I don't have the No Color Management option. I
don't have options. I have Let Indesign Determine Colors. Click on the drop
down but there's no other options.
Marco by all the tiny differences in what you say and what I see might you
be thinking of InDesign 2.0? Otherwise I'm stumped as to why the small
differences in terminology and the major omission of No Color Management
