Hi David,

When you use PM5 Measure tool, after completing the measurements you get to save the measurement file. I always save the spectral file, and sometimes (to save myself work later) I save a Lab version as well.

If I recall correctly, the "File/save" dialog saves the spectral file (wherever you want it saved - default program offers is probably C:/ProgramFiles/GretagMacbeth/ProfileMaker Professional 5.x.x/Measurement Files/Printer directory in WIndows - have not checked on Mac). The "measure" window has a button which offers to save a Lab version.

If you are using PM5 measure tool to make measurements for profile creation you will have saved (probably) the spectral file by default. The name of the files is whatever you specify in the "save" dialog.
