...when launching pymol from the Terminal window.
We're seeing two copies of /usr/X11/X11.app/Contents/MacOS/X11 being
executed here. One is being run by pymol ("[61341] Check-in failed:
Permission denied" refers to the launchd checkin), the other is being
started by launchd ("[61345] Xquartz: run by launchd for fd 0 ". I
don't know which one pymol ends up using, but it needs to stop
explicitly trying to run X11.
