updating their application software. Ergo their status quo is
maintained.
And if new applications require 10.3.9 or later, not only is the
status quo is maintained, it is enforced!
I imagine Apple has the stats to back it up - my educated guess for
Interarchy (which requires 10.2.4 or later) is that 90% are on
10.3.8 or later.
But users of Interarchy on-average are probably heavy internet users
that are likely to have high speed internet.
