Someone else mentioned Cornerstone, and obviously has had more experience with it than I have. I tried it months ago when I was looking for a nice SVN GUI, at the same time I was investigating Versions. Maybe Cornerstone has improved since then, but at the time, I found it to be unnecessarily complex and unable to do a couple things, such as easily look at log history, as I recall.
