Hi Kiran,
I'm surprised to find you here so shortly after Jeremy put us in touch.
This is precisely what I am trying to convey. I find it difficult to walk new users through independently setting up their iOS devices because they are not immediately comfortable with touch screen keyboards and attaching a bluetooth keyboard cannot currently be done during device setup. Also, the Apple stores can be quite loud and trying to use the touch screen keyboard in that environment can be challenging.

When you get a new device or install a new version, there is a bunch of screens that one needs to navigate through before getting to settings and setup a Bluetooth keyboard.
