Thanks for the suggestions, but it's a hard sell around here. First of all
"Who Wants To Be An Administrator?" won't go. Did you have the same problem
rectified like that? Making volumes instead of shared folders is easier to
sell. However, Quark doesn't seem to know the difference between share
points and volumes and zip disks. After a document got an "Access Denied"
photo on it, we took that photo and put it on a floppy with volume's name
and same path to the file. Quark was fooled and said the picture was there,
but modified. Try to update the photo and up comes "Access Denied" to my own
floppy drive. The denied access is to someone elses QXTemp file not to the
server. This test questions both of your solutions.

I still have access denied to my own floppy drive (a separate volume which I
have full access to.) Are we up the wall around here?
