Raw data in FileMaker Pro cells

When I get data from a time-cell o, a layout where the format of it is
"am-pm" ("10:00:00 am"), I get the formated data, an not the input data
("22:00:00").

How can I get the "raw data" from FileMaker Pro cells or fields.
