Startup Disk and other oddities

Did anybody here tried to script the "Startup Disk" application?
I found out it is recordable, but even if you record it , it will not compile.
it complains of access permission. it is a good Idea to have the startup disk scripted, actually the startup folder scripted, but it should work.
Other problems I've found in 9.1 are:
Script Editor comes to a crawl after cutting or pasting.
Smile complains of a missing resource (136). Emmanuel?

This is besides the problems with RA addition.
Other than that the system seems pretty unstable!
