The reprint is published by toExcel <http://www.toExcel.com> The last I
knew, they sold it direct as well as through bookstores (real as well as
virtual: I saw it on the shelf at a Borders in Boston a couple of months
ago).

The reprint doesn't come with the CD, but you can download the CD from
Danny's site.

Some of what's on the CD is over the hill, but there is a large collection
of scripts keyed to the text.
