AS for the dummies

Being an AS newbie, I need some help to start scripting without boring this
nice AS community, too often.
So... I have been looking for a good book.
Until now, I have not been able to find Danny Goodman's AS book anywhere
(even in second hand).
I plan to buy another one in place: "AS for the dummies", but I read some
bad buyers comments on Amazon's site.
Any complementary advice ?
