You should be able to buy Danny Goodman's AppleScript Handbook at
amazon.com. That's where I got it. Can't you still? The on-demand publisher
is toExcel, and I believe you can get it direct from them. Unless they've
gone out of business, of course, which would explain why you can't find it.
