Moving Data from FileMaker to Cumulus

I'm trying to combine the data I have gathered for my images in FileMaker
and move them over into Cumulus. However, I am fairly new to AppleScript and
I'm just trying to understand the basics. If anyone can provide me some help
I would greatly appreciate it.
I would like the script to first find records that match based on the
content of one field and then move all the data from Filemaker into Cumulus.
I know how to do this with two FileMaker databases with the program, but I
guess you have to use AppleScript to accomplish the same thing with Cumulus
and Filemaker.
Please help
