Conversion is fairly simple. The problem is that scripting itself and using
scripting additions has become harder for USERS in Mac OS X because not all
things are ironed out yet. Be patient. Mac OS X is a very new OS to
Macintosh developers and users alike. It will take some time to iron out
all the details of scripting on Mac OS X, both for Apple and for Mac
developers.
I've already made the switch with one of my freeware scripting additions
(System Language) as a test. I like the scriptable application idea, so I
tried it out:
