Hi Matthew,
The only circumstance under which I've encountered your scenario is as
follows (and is fairly intuitive):
1. An asset is cataloged from a network volume.
2. The original asset is deleted by a client on the network.
3. The asset is updated in Cumulus.
Which version of Cumulus are you using? Do you get the same results if you
mimic the process manually (i.e. is it Cumulus' AppleScript update function
at fault or is it inherent in the code)? Are all machines Macs? Is the
Network Trash category auto-generated? If so, do you have two different
versions of the thumbnail between the trash category and its original
categories?
