I think that's clear enough.
To be honest, I don't think this applies to the off-site archive issue,
unless you really squint at it hard. What it does is enable others to easily
do that, but the act of creating an off-site archive, IMHO, doesn't violate
this rule. It simply makes it easier for the spammers to, not that they care
what my rule say in the first place.
I guess I need to revise things to make the archiving thing explicit. I'm
not against off-site archives. I'm against off-site archives that don't meet
our standards for security and privacy, and off-site archives that aren't
done with our approval and knowledge.
