On this issue, they don't say anything. I guess (sigh) I'll have to go fix
that. I normally include a clause explicitly forbidding external archives,
but I'm trying a smaller, more flexible "let's all be adults and do the
right thing" type of list rules, and I'm finding, unfortunately, that some
things need to be spelled out. I hate really long, lawyerish lists of
thou-shalt-nots, but I guess I need at least some.
