I've just started playng with it, thought I found a bug, but it was explained
to me by the author that FA+ works a little bit differently: it handles each
dropped file separately (as opposed to the vanilla Folder Action's
batchprocessing).
So, depending on what you're trying to do, you may have to adapt your Folder
Action if you're relying on FA+. Personally I haven't yet figured out how...
