There is a bug in 6 with "launching" it with applescript. You must tell the
finder to open it in order to get the menus to show up. Your 5.5 error may
just be a reinstall of the app to fix it. I have never seen that particular
error before. I do recall someone having that same error recently on the
list though.

Anyone remember the topic or the solution?
