Okay, Chris, what are the other secret items? One I know about is that you
can ask for grilled onions on your burger. They don't explicitly list that,
just "onions", which are raw.

-- The other, other Chris, who is in the Bay Area and goes to the In-n-Out
at Shoreline & 101 and finds it amusing that it is right next to a
MacDonald's and manages to always have a line of people even when Micky-D's
is dead.
