Glad you asked! The ones I know about (there may be others; I've never heard
of this under-the-cup-lip thing Michelle mentioned) are...

1. Fries well-done. They let them cook a bit longer, so they're extra
crunchy.
2. "Animal style". Chopped grilled onions, cooked with mustard and some other
stuff. It's been a while since I've had one of these, so I can't describe it
accurately.

I've actually ordered both of those. Then there are the multiples, which I've
never tried. They list a "double double" on the menu -- the secret is that
you can get from one to four patties and one to four slices of cheese, any
combination. So you could order a 1x4 if you were a big cheese lover, or 2x3
for a double double with extra cheese, or a 4x4 if you were in the mood for a
coronary bypass.

Anyone know of more?
