You need a ref on the "BASH" shell ("bourne again" shell I believe) but I
learned "CSH" a few years back on "UNIX Programming for Dummies" (which
should have been "UNIX scripting" but I digress...) There's only minor
diffs in the shells, mostly to do with what shell you invoke in the
script and how the environment variables are setup. Nowadays, I'm sure
there are online tutorials that will suffice.
