At least part of that is probably because it's a low-volume target: Macs
are a smallish minority of machines connected to the Internet (including
dialup), and Macs with Program Linking turned on are a small minority of
those. Plus only recently has program linking been visible over TCP/IP,
and the hackers have been busy forcing Microsoft to try to write IIS the
way it should have been written the first time.
