Inter-application consistency is a good thing
Ask a support person who isn't familiar with Eudora to set up a mail
personality for you and gauge the reaction.
Working on the Mac and not knowing Eudora is far fetched. If the
support person isn't familiar with Eudora I'd be asking for better
support. AppleScript is Mac technology not Win/Dos and Eudora goes
back a long way.
If Eudora wants to use custom terms, that's their issue, but they need to
understand that there are standard terms for things, even in the RFCs, and
Especially in RFCs! I haven't got Claris Emailer to look at but I'm
wondering what its AppleScript dictionary looks like.
