Um...there are a LOT of newer Mac techs that don't know squat about Eudora.
They also don't know a lot about Mulberry, Mailsmith, or PowerMail. It's not
far-fetched at all that someone won't know a given program. Ask PC techs
about Pegasus Mail some time...lots of them don't know what it is, and it's
been on the Wintel platform for a looooong time.
