Open the palette, choose "All" from the View pop-up menu, click the
"Unicodee Blocks" tab, and scroll down to "General Punctuation" (below all
the exotic Asian language scripts) to see curly quotes. Or, in the "Unicode
Table" tab, they're on row 2010.
