I noticed other serious bug in AS 1.9.1.

This is old bug in AS on Mac OS X, but not fixed for a long time against our
report.

The application saved by AS1.9.1 become to be able to display Japanese
characters. But can not prepare Japanese in AS application format.

The string contain roman characters and Japanese characters can be counted
correct. But when it is saved as an application, it can not count correctly.
