I should trust that Apple actually tested 2.4? Once bitten...
All I see on Apple's software download site is 2.3 anyway. And I'm
certainly not upgrading my OS to 9.2 without a damn good reason, considering
there are that many other system components Apple may not have done quality
testing on in 9.2.
In the meantime, I've updated my script to check the version and if it is
2.3, alert the user that 2.3 is crap and they should downgrade to 2.2.1.
