...but not half as friendly, alas. However, I think there's a *great*
opportunity here for some OSX + AS expert to write a terrific mod to
rectify this problem.

A lot of AS folks aren't Unix heads by nature and would balk at the thought
of using the terminal directly, but wrap up all that icky command line
stuff in a collection of safe, robust, well-documented and easy-to-use
handlers instead and I think you're onto a winner.

So... Any takers?
