I know you don't like hearing it, but...
The fact remains that Apple's quality is lower now that it ever has been.
Anyone who has been around long enough to see the old Apple contrasted with
the new Apple knows that quality has taken a turn for the worse.
If some other company isn't doing QA on their products it's no excuse for
Apple to screw up too.
