I'll step up. The company I work for (I won't divulge the name here) is not
only one of the largest, most recognized Macintosh software companies in
existence today, but has also been in the Macintosh market over 16 years.
While our QA department isn't the best, it's grown fairly organized over the
years and becomes more efficient as time goes on. I know what it takes to
obtain the level of QA the people in this thread are asking for. Some of
the latest AppleScript blunders could have been prevented with a simple QA
procedure. It's not unreasonable for Apple's customers to expect a certain
level of quality from Apple.
