Pretty much the same here. In general, I can any message that doesn't
contain one of my email addresses or that of a list I subscribe to in
either the To: or CC: header. This filters about 90% of the spam and
catches very few real emails.

I strongly recommend not suppressing the recipient list if you wish to
avoid these filters.

If my mailer would filter on arbitrary or all headers, I'd pull out list
material using the List-ID header. Alas it does not. Unfortunately,
for me, every other mail software I've tried gets a lot more wrong, so
I'm live with this lack until I can write a mail reader in my copious
free time.

If anyone could give me an actual good reason for sending mail this way,
I'd worry about it.
