I download CSV formated stock quotes from yahoo and have been using the
enclosed script to convert to Tab Delimited for transfer to an Appleworks
Spreedsheet.

You can just use the Open CSV script provided in the Enhancement Pack for AppleWorks to open the CSV file directly as an AppleWorks spreadsheet or database:
